Squirt is Going Home

After more than two and a half months it looks like our Squirt will be leaving us to go and live with his grandparents. It is so hard to say good bye but we know we have given him a good start. We brought him to our home at 3 pounds 14 ounces, barely taking in an ounce of fomula every couple of hours still going through withdrawal. He leaves us now at just over 10 pounds, eating 4 ounces every 4-6 hours and SMILING!

We did get a phone call today that may help ease the hole left behind.
It looks like there's a new little boy that may be coming to us
 very soon.

  1. Bless you for doing this. When they are babies it is extra hard, because they are so pure. I know you will always have him in your heart.

  2. You gave him the best possible start in life...whether he remembers or not, you gave him unconditional love when he needed it the most. God bless you and your family for giving so freely of your hearts....
