We also visited our niece, Erin's, new house and Miss F loved playing with the kids

 and we also visited our niece , Rachel's, new house and Miss F played with her kids too

I also had breakfast with both of my sisters.

It was so nice to just go from place to place and see someone else.

We usually try to get everyone together but it's just too many people now.

We ended the weekend with dinner at BDubs-Buffalo Wild Wings

with my brothers and sisters-in-law.

The appeal to the insurance company to get them to pay for Ella's Mito Cocktail again was denied because the components of the cocktail can be bought over the counter.

The combinations of vitamin and nutritional supplements such as CoEnzyme Q10, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin K1, and L-Carnitine in the cocktail require special ingredients or preparations – some classified as bulk chemicals or medical food, and requiring the services of a compounding pharmacy. A Mito cocktail may contain anywhere from two to 20 ingredients.

We have been blessed to have a great Neurogenetic doctor and a pharmacy that can make the cocktail and up until now an insurance company that would pay for it. Not all Mitochondrial patients are as blessed but now Thomas and Natalie are responsible for the $400 a month cost

Honor Roll Breakfast with Ella

The insurance company refused to pay for Ella's Mito Cocktail this month so while waiting on the appeal the doctor suggested the most important vitamins over the counter so this is what she's taking. The doctor said she would need to take up to 50 to cover what the cocktail does and the liquid absorbs so much better.

She worked so hard for this!

Then since Ella didn't go to Dinosaur Train

 her and i went to dinner (her choice) and a play.

She wanted to do a puzzle after we got back like we used to do
